SB 6423 - DIGEST

      Directs the Washington association of sheriffs and police chiefs to establish and maintain a central repository for the collection and classification of information regarding violations of the malicious harassment statute.

      Requires monthly reports by law enforcement agencies of violations.

      Directs the criminal justice training commission to provide training for law enforcement officers in identifying, responding to, and reporting violations.
