            On page 3, line 4, strike subsection (1).

            Renumber remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

            On page 6, line 29, after "act." strike the remainder of the section.

            On page 6, after line 32, insert:

            "NEW SECTION. Sec. 15.  The sole authority of the department of wildlife to regulate alternative livestock and alternative livestock products is that granted under sections 5, 10, and 11 of this act."

            Renumber remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Corrects references to the Department of Wildlife's authority under the act to include references to all sections in which the department does have authority.
