     On page 2, after line 6 insert "(4)  Any member receiving a retirement allowance from a retirement system enumerated in RCW 41.50.030 as of the effective date of this act, whose retirement allowance is adversely impacted by the application of subsections (1), (2), or (3) of this section shall be held harmless by the employer with whom the member entered the agreement, and the employer shall be responsible for any repayments required as a result of overpayments resulting from the agreements."

EFFECT:  The financial burden for repaying overpayments that resulted from agreements will be on the employer, not the employee.
