     On page 6, line 38, strike "required" and insert "((required)) reviewed"

     On page 7, line 5, after "districts" insert "for puposes of assessing the adequacy of its curriculum and teaching methods in educating students in the essential academic learning requirements"

EFFECT: Potential entitilement to an educational outcome is modified to require districts to conduct self-review of its effectiveness in preparing its students to meet outcomes established as a result of this act.
