     On page 4, line 3, after "consider" strike "the duties, skills, and working conditions of the employees, the extent of organization of the employewes, and the desire of the employees." and add "but not be limited to the following: the duties; the skills; the working conditions of the employees; the extent of organization of the employees; and, the the desire of the employees."

     On page 5, line 4, after "section." add "In such cases where a petition for election is filed in accordance with this section, and such petition is filed in a harvest period, the election shall occur no later than seven days from the filing of such petition. For purposes of this section, the board shall adopt rules defining harvest periods on a crop by crop basis."
