     On page 2, line 30, after "proposition" insert ", if the total number of voters voting on the proposition constitutes not less than fifteen percent of the total number of registered voters in the taxing district"

EFFECT:  The validation requirement for school district bond issues is altered.  It is changed from 40% of the total number of votes cast in the taxing district at the last preceding general election to 15% of the total number of registered voters in the taxing district.
