     On page 7, beginning on line 20, strike all of section 4.

     Renumber sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Deletes section that allows Tuition Recovery Trust Fund to receive interest.  Interest on this fund will therefore be deposited in General Fund.
