     On page 2, line 7, after "years." insert "(3)  When an employer provides food below market price to employees, the difference between market price and the amount charged to employees who consume the food shall be considered wages for the purpose of this section."

EFFECT:  The amendment provides that the subsidized value of food which is consumed by an employee shall be considered a part of the employees wage.
