     On page 1, line 3 of the amendment, after "However," insert "if specific funding for this act, referencing this act by bill number, is not provided by June 30, 1993, in the omnibus appropriations act,"

EFFECT:  Provides that the postponed effective date for administrative actions against employers having fewer than eight employees will only apply if specific funding is not provided to the Human Rights Commission for the purposes of the act.
