     On page 5, line 32, after "Sec. 4." strike the remainder of the section and insert "(1) Sections 1 and 3 of this act shall take effect July 1, 1994. 

     (2) Section 2 of this act shall take effect July 1, 1996."

EFFECT:  Provides that the intent and educational sections of the bill take effect on July 1, 1994, but the change in the threshold for defining an employer and the change in the exemption for religious organizations do not take effect until July 1, 1996.
