     On page 4, at the beginning of line 23, strike "dates of contact with employer;"

     On page 4, line 36, after "applicant" insert "and the dates of contact with employers made pursuant to RCW 19.31.190 (11)."

EFFECT:  Removes the employment agency record keeping requirement of recording all contacts with each employer but continues the requirement with respect to the employment directory.
