On page 6, line 32, strike "six" and insert "seven"

On page 6, line 37, after "One" insert "advisory nonvoting"

On page 7, line 15, after "year." insert "In event of a tie, the issue shall be brought to a second vote and the chair shall refrain from voting."

EFFECT OF AMENDMENTS:  The physician on the seven-member Board on Fitting and Dispensing of Hearing Aids is made an advisory nonvoting member.  In event of a tie among the six voting members, the chair must refrain from voting.
