     On page 7, line 32, after "examination of" strike "an" and insert "((an)) a domestic animal"

     On page 7, line 33, after "abused" insert "in violation of this chapter"

     On page 7, line 34, after "abuse" insert "in violation of this chapter"

EFFECT:  Emphasizes that any alleged abuse or neglect which triggers an examination of a domestic animal by a veterinarian must be neglect or abuse that allegedly constitutes a crime in violation of the animal cruelty laws.
