     On page 4, beginning on line 3, strike all of section 7

     Renumber the remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references

     On page 18, beginning on line 9, after "costs" strike all material through "operations" on line 10 and insert "that may be necessitated by chapter ..., Laws of 1994 (this act)"

EFFECT:  Removes the section establishing the fees for payment of the quarterly inspections and the metals mining coordinator and instead asks the advisory group created in section 24 to identify and evaluate alternative ways to allocate costs.
