     On page 2, line 23, after "legislature" insert , including reviewing and making recommendations on the payment of administrative costs by employers who are exempt from the federal unemployment tax"

EFFECT:  Provides that the task force will review and make recommendations on the issue of whether reimbursable employers should be required to pay a share of the unemployment insurance administrative costs.
