     On page 2, after line 13, insert the following:

     "A vehicle that has a valid, current registration plate shall meet the additional requirement that the vehicle shall not have been operated or moved for at least three months."

EFFECT:  Provides that for a vehicle that has a valid, current registration plate to be considered a junk vehicle it must meet the additional requirement that the vehicle shall not have been operated or moved for at least three months.
