     On page 1, after line 9, insert the following:

     "Investment earnings used for legal services fees and related costs may only be used for legal services fees and related costs directly related to litigation derived from real estate investments entered into prior to July 1, 1993."

EFFECT:  Limits the use of investment earnings for legal services fees and related costs to only those fees and costs directly related to litigation derived from real estate investments entered into prior to July 1, 1993.  Prohibits the use of investment earnings for other legal services fees or related costs.
