     On page 8, line 18, after "conscience," insert "or to a bona fide nonprofit charitable organization chosen by such public employee,"

     On page 47, line 29, after "conscience" insert ", or to a bona fide nonprofit charitable organization chosen by the employee"

EFFECT:  In a situation involving a "right of nonassociation," would give public employee the option to make a dues-equivalent contribution to a bona fide nonprofit charitable organization chosen exclusively by the employee.
