     On page 4, line 14, after "conscience," insert "or to a nonreligious charity or other charitable organization mutually agreed upon by the public employee and the exclusive bargaining representative to which the employee would otherwise pay the dues and fees,"

     On page 8, line 18, after "conscience," insert "or to a nonreligious charity or other charitable organization mutually agreed upon by the public employee and the exclusive bargaining representative to which the employee would otherwise pay the dues and fees,"

     On page 47, line 29, after "conscience" insert ", or to a nonreligious charity or other charitable organization mutually agreed upon by the employee and the exclusive bargaining representative to which the employee would otherwise pay the dues and fees"

EFFECT:  Clarifies the right of state employees to contribute to a nonreligious charity or other charitable organization mutually agreed upon by the employee and the exclusive bargaining representative to which the employee would otherwise pay dues and fees.
