    On page 90, line 3 of the amendment, after "offenses." insert "As a mandatory condition of community supervision, the court shall order the juvenile to comply with the mandatory school attendance provisions of chapter 28A.225 RCW."

    On page 138, line 26 of the amendment, after "offenses." insert "As a mandatory condition of community supervision, the court shall order the juvenile to comply with the mandatory school attendance provisions of chapter 28A.225 RCW."

    On page 163, line 24 of the amendment, after "offenses." insert "As a mandatory condition of parole, the secretary shall require the juvenile to comply with the mandatory school attendance provisions of chapter 28A.225 RCW."

EFFECT:  As a condition of community supervision or parole, juveniles within the age of compulsory school attendance must attend school.
