EFFECT: Deletes safety training as a requirement for a concealed pistol license. Lowers the cost of an original license by $20 for an applicant who has taken safety training from an approved source. Raises the fees for original and renewal licenses, but in smaller amounts than SHB 2906, which raises the fees to $65 for an original license and $55 for a renewal license. Removes the increase in the late renewal penalty.
