    On page 12, line 32 of the amendment, after "conclusive" insert "as to applicants who have not obtained a marksman, sharpshooter, or expert pistol qualification while serving in the military.  Applicants who have obtained a marksman, sharpshooter, or expert pistol qualification while serving in the military have equivalent experience"

EFFECT:  An applicant who has obtained a Marksman, Sharpshooter, or Expert pistol ranking in the military is declared as being competent to handle a pistol.
