     On page 3, line 1, strike all of new section 3

     On page 3, after line 5, insert:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 3. If specific funding for the purposes of this act, referencing this act by bill number, is not provided by June 30, 1994, in the omnibus appropriations act, this act is null and void."

     Renumber remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  Deletes the $49,500 GF-S appropriation to DCTED.  Makes the act null and void if funding is not provided in the budget.
