     On page 1, line 30, of the committee amendment, after "restrooms," strike "picnic areas, trails and viewpoints, emergency facilities, transient parking facilities, and concession and gift sales," and insert "emergency facilities, and transient parking facilities,"

EFFECT:  The amendment allows the funds to be spent on restrooms, emergency facilities, and transient parking facilities, but does not allow the funds to be used for picnic areas, trails and viewpoints, or concession and gift sales.
