     On page 54, after line 20, insert

     "(5)  $1,370,000 of the general fund state appropriation is provided solely to contract for the international marketing program for agricultural commodities and trade (IMPACT)."

     On page 89, line 16, strike "293,978,000" and insert "292,756,000"

EFFECT:  Moves funding for the International Marketing Program for Agricultural Commodities and Trade (IMPACT) from Washington State University to the Department of Agriculture.  Increases funding for IMPACT by $148,000 for a total funding level of $1,370,000 for 1993-95.
