     On page 50, line 2, strike "$52,939,000" and insert "$53,689,000"

     On page 50, line 7, strike "$90,866,000" and insert "$91,616,000"

     On page 51, after line 2, insert:

     "(7) Within the appropriations provided in this section, the department shall maintain hatchery funding and operations at levels equal to or greater than those levels approved by the Office of Financial Management through the agency allotment process for the 1991-93 biennium."

EFFECT:  Adds $750,000 GF-S to the Department of Fisheries.  Requires that funding levels for hatcheries be equal or greater than the current biennuim levels, as approved by OFM.
