     On page 51, after line 2, insert:

     "(7) Within the appropriations provided in this section, the department shall maintain hatchery funding and operations at levels equal to or greater than those levels approved by the Office of Financial Management through the agency allotment process for the 1991-93 biennium."

EFFECT:  Requires that funding levels for Department of Fisheries hatcheries be equal to or greater than the current biennium levels, as approved by OFM.
