     On page 45, after line 26, insert:

"    (14) $238,000 of the general fund--state appropriation is provided solely for implementation of the provisions of Substitute House Bill 1169, or substantially similar legislation.  If Substitute House Bill 1169 is not enacted by June 30, 1993, this amount shall lapse."

EFFECT:  Appropriates $238,000 of the General Fund-State appropriation to the Department of Ecology to implement the provisions of SHB 1169.
