     On page 28, line 37, strike "86,421,000" and insert "86,596,000"

     On page 29, line 2, strike "8,391,000" and insert "8,566,000"

     On page 29, line 13, strike "320,783,000" and insert "321,133,000"

     On page 31, after line 34, insert the following:

     "(15)  $3,775,000 of the public safety and education account and $175,000 of the general fund--state appropriation are provided solely for the office of crime victims advocacy and for sexual assault treatment services."

EFFECT:  Increases the Department of Community Development's general fund state and public saftey and education account appropriations each by $175,000.  Earmarks the increase along with the $3,600,000 already assumed in the budget for the Office of Crime Victims Advocay and for sexual assault treatment services.  Provides a total of $3,950,000 for these purposes.
