     On page 72, line 13, strike "$10,000,000" and insert "$5,000,000"

     On page 72, after line 17, insert:

     "(i) $5,000,000 is provided solely for the implementation of the coordinated school and human services provisions of educational reform as enacted by the 1993 legislature in Engrossed Substitute House Bill No. 1209 (educational reform) or substantially similar legislation."

     On page 72, line 18, strike "(i)" and insert "(j)"

EFFECT:  Funding for the meals for kids program is reduced to $5,000,000. Also, $5,000,000 is provided for the implementation of the coordinated school and human services provisions of the educational reform bill.
