     On page 3, line 13, strike "24,327,000" and insert "24,429,000"

     On page 3, line 17, strike "69,169,000" and insert "69,271,000"

     On page 4, after line 7, insert the following:

     "(6)  $102,000 of the general fund--state appropriation is provided solely for an additional superior court judge in Cowlitz county.  If House Bill No. 1564 or Substitutie Senate Bill No. 5753 are not enacted by June 30, 1993, the amount provided in this subsection shall lapse."

EFFECT:  Increases the Office of the Administrator for the Court's general fund state appropriation by $102,000 to support the costs of an additional superior court judge in Cowlitz county.
