     On page 31, line 36, strike "3,895,000" and insert "4,295,000"

     On page 32, line 3, strike "5,126,000" and insert "5,526,000"

EFFECT:  Provides an additional $400,000 to the Human Rights Commission to fund workload.  Increases the general fund-state appropriation by $400,000 and the total appropriation by $400,000.
