     On page 2, line 14, after ((1993)) strike "1997" and insert "1995"

EFFECT:  The implementation date for deposit of 5.0 percent of the MVET revenues from the basic 2.0 percent rate into the transportation fund (originally scheduled for July 1, 1993) is moved from July 1, 1997 to July 1, 1995.
