     On page 47, after line 28, insert:

     "NEW SECTION. Sec. 43.  The sum of 1,563,589 dollars, or as much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated for the biennium ending June 30, 1995, from the highway safety fund to the department of licensing for the purposes of implementing this act."

Renumber the remaining sections consecutively.
