     On page 10, line 19 of the striking amendment, after "effect" strike "July 1, 1995" and insert "January 1, 1995"

EFFECT:  Changes the effective date of sections 3 through 14 of the bill to January 1, 1995, to be consistent with the Department's calendar year licensing cycle.
