EFFECT:  Reduces the General Fund-State appropriation for the Distinguished Professorship Trust Fund by $300,000, and reduces the amount specified for each institution by ten percent.  Reduces the General Fund-State appropriation for the Graduate Fellowship Trust Fund by $50,000, and reduces the amounts specified for each institution by $12,500 each.  The total amount of General Fund-State reduction is $350,000.
