     On page 75, line 26 of the amendment, after "fees." strike "Seasonal day area parking fees shall not be assessed." and insert "Any seasonal day area parking fees adopted by the commission shall be in effect no more than five days each week."

EFFECT:  Eliminates language precluding day-use parking fees.  Requires that day area parking fees adopted by the commission be in effect only five days a week.
