On page 21, line 15, strike:
"(7) Registration fee for exempt wells $75"
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references.
On page 22, strike all material on lines 7 through 16, inclusive.
On page 25, line 33, strike:
"(7) Registration fee for exempt wells $75"
Renumber the remaining subsections consecutively and correct internal references.
On page 26, strike lines 24 through 33, inclusive.
EFFECT: Eliminates the registration fee on exempt wells and all references to the fee.
