     On page 1, beginning on line 25 of the amendment, strike all of section 3

Renumber the sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.

EFFECT:  The amendment deletes the section that would have required unemployment benefits to be charged to an employer's experience rating account when the employer's former employee is in training and receiving Timber Retraining Benefits.  The effect of the amendment is to continue allowing the costs of unemployment benefits for unemployed timber workers to be shared by all employers in the unemployment insurance system.
