    On page 17, beginning on line 19 of the amendment, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 32.  The department shall design a rent voucher program for cases where there is a judgement for nonpayment of rent against a recipient of public assistance."

    Renumber remaining sections consecutively and correct any internal references accordingly.
