    On page 6, after line 15 insert:    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 8.  1991 c 314 s 34 (uncodified) is amended to read as follows:  RCW 43.160.210 shall take effect July 1, ((1993)) 1995."  Renumber the sections accordingly.
