    On page 2, line 23, after "district" insert "; or

(f) Any person legally in possession of a firearm under this chapter:  (i) While the person is within a vehicle; or (ii) while the person is away from the vehicle if the firearm is locked within the vehicle and concealed from view from outside the vehicle; or

(g) Any person legally in possession of a concealed pistol under RCW 9.41.070; or

(h) Any law enforcement officer of any federal, state, or local government agency"

    On page 2, beginning on line 27 and continuing through page 4, line 28, strike all of section 2
