    On page 1, after line 21 of the committee amendment, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 2.  A new section is added to chapter 82.36 RCW to read as follows:

    Motor fuels containing alcohol, all of which was manufactured by a company that has been verified by the department as having sold less than ten million gallons of alcohol for purposes of producing oxygenated fuel in the prior calendar year, are eligible to receive the exemption and tax credit provided in RCW 82.36.225 regardless of whether alcohol was used in the motor fuel to meet clean air standards."

    On page 1, line 26 of the committee amendment, after "insert" strike the remainder of the title amendment and insert "amending RCW 82.36.225; and adding a new section to chapter 82.36 RCW."
