    On page 1, line 9, after "a school bus"  strike "as defined in RCW 46.04.521".

    On page 1, line 12, after "routes." insert "For the purposes of this section, "school bus" means any motor vehicle with a seating capacity of more than twelve persons including the driver."

EFFECT:    For the purposes of the State Board of Education rules for training and qualifications of school bus drivers, defines "school bus" as a motor vehicle with a seating capacity of more than twelve, including the driver.
