    On page 10, line 18, strike "(((1)))" and insert "(1)"

    On page 10, after line 23, insert the following:

    "(2) $1,781,000 of the general fund--state appropriation is provided solely to implement Senate Bill No. 5992 (performance audits of state agencies)."
