    On page 19, after line 35, insert the following:

    "NEW SECTION. Sec. 26.  A new section is added to chapter 43.84 RCW to read as follows:

    The agricultural local fund and the grain and hay fund are exempt from the provisions of RCW 43.84.092 and shall receive their proportionate share of earnings based upon the account's average daily balance for each monthly period.

NEW SECTION. Sec. 27.  Section 26 of this act shall take effect July 1, 1995."

    Renumber remaining sections consecutively and correct internal references accordingly.
