Brief Description:  Funding the state auditor municipal corporation division.

Background:  The Municipal Corporations Division of the State Auditor's Office performs audits of local governments and special districts.  Historically, certain administrative costs of the division have been funded by the general fund while other division activities have been funded by the municipal revolving fund.  The revolving fund mechanism provides the state auditor with the authority to bill the local governments for the auditing services they receive.

Summary:  The funding mechanism for the Municipal Corporations Division is modified so that the division will be fully funded by the municipal revolving fund.
