Requiring designated indoor smoking areas in certain public buildings.

          AN ACT Relating to designated indoor smoking areas in certain public buildings; and adding a new section to chapter 70.160 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 70.160 RCW to read as follows:

          Every city, county, and state building in which twenty-five or more persons work must provide a designated indoor smoking area.
