Concerning warrants that limit the area of intrastate extradition.

          AN ACT Relating to arrest warrants that limit intrastate extradition; and adding a new section to chapter 10.34 RCW.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

NEW SECTION. Sec. 1.  A new section is added to chapter 10.34 RCW to read as follows:

          It is unlawful for a warrant for the arrest of an individual who has violated a criminal statute within the state of Washington to have attached to it a limited area of intrastate extradition.  However, interstate extradition may be limited at the issuing jurisdictions' discretion.
