Providing that money from the motorcycle safety education account be used only for the motorcycle operator training and educatio

          AN ACT Relating to the motorcycle safety education account; and amending RCW 46.68.065.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF WASHINGTON:

        Sec. 1.  RCW 46.68.065 and 1982 c 77 s 8 are each amended to read as follows:

          There is hereby created the motorcycle safety education account in the highway safety fund of the state treasury, to the credit of which shall be deposited all moneys directed by law to be credited thereto.  All expenses incurred by the director of the department of licensing in administering RCW ((46.20.505 through)) 46.20.520 shall be borne by appropriations from this account.
